available in both
a book and electronic version.
Book:
The print directory is organized by city with all newspapers,
radio stations and television stations serving that city listed
together. A second section lists specialty publications targeted
to specific audiences: college campus, business, religion,
agriculture, etc.
Each directory includes a state map, county-city index, and an
index for each media category to ease your media searches. The
directory features a durable cover (it’s made for lots of uses)
and comb binding (so you can leave the directory open on your
desk).
The book is an incredible value
at just 9 to 10 cents per listing!
Electronic Version:
The electronic version features the same information as in the
print directory, but it is organized in a user-friendly Microsoft
Excel spreadsheet. Using standard Microsoft Excel and Word
functions, you can print mailing labels, create mail merge letters
and customize the information for your individual needs. You will
be able to “copy and paste” e-mail addresses and fax numbers to
create quick distribution lists. You will also be able to sort the
media data in every way imaginable!
The electronic version can be
used by all persons in your company or organization’s immediate,
physical office. At just 28 cents per listing, the electronic
